The hoodie defense is ridiculous and asinine. Just because someone wears a hoodie they're in a gang?!? You have got to be kidding me! I love that the Miami Heat team members have been wearing hoodies. I was wearing my olive drab one with pride when the Welshman told me that. If I'm going to be part of a gang, I'd rather be in the hoodie-wearing one than the knee-jerk fearful one. (PS - I like how you compare the hoodie defense to the what's she was wearing defense. Very fitting.)
