Thank you for this. Living in Ohio has meant extra coverage on this case. Hearing and seeing the shaming of the victim and the hand wringing over the rapists as opposed to protecting the victim and acknowledging the crime committed by the rapists has driven me crazy. Enough with the "Oh woe! Poor boys' lives destroyed..." stories. Enough! Enough! Enough! She did NOT destroy their lives; their own actions did. Lesson learned: If you don't want your life destroyed, then don't f***ing rape someone. Period. End of story.
