Happy Boxing Day from Muhammed Ali and Howard Cosell.
I’m not a boxing fan by any stretch, but Ali and Cosell were one of the great comedy duos of their day. Cosell was the Edward R Murrow of sports broadcasting and Ali was ... well, Ali. You didn’t have to be into boxing or even sports to know who Ali and Cosell were.
It was the 70s. You had to be there.
And yes, I know Boxing Day doesn’t actually refer to the sport. What was I gonna do, post a video of boxes?
FUN FACT: Ali went on to prove Cosell wrong.
