Oh yeah???
That's the Joe Louis memorial sculpture in downtown Detroit. I used to walk by it every day on my way to work in the Renaissance Center.
ETA: The artist is Robert Graham. The sculpture was a gift to the city from Sports Illustrated in 1987.
