DEF XMAS SHOPPING TIPS #11: FISH ARE FIENDS, NOT HAIR GEL
For yr friends who spend at least 90 minutes on their hair every morning but want something a little more metal, Teaf Def recommmends Shock Waves – as advertised by Japanese band Electric Eel Shock.
NOTE: Not actually a Shock Waves commercial, but the fourth in a series on “How To Fish Rock’n’Roll Style”, which is actually meant to promote the new EES album, in stores now (though not here in HK, otherwise I’d have it by now – for I am a fan). Which also makes a nice Christmas gift, of course.
As a fan, I suggest you watch the whole series, in which they use various forms of bait, including Iron Maiden CDs, hot Japanese rock babes, and suicide bombers. Which should give you an idea of Electric Eel Shock’s sense of humour.
