ZOMBIES: UNSAFE AT ANY SPEED

Or, “If God had intended for zombies to run, he wouldn’t have let them die.”[Poll #1295251]Walk don’t run,[Poll #1295251]

Zombies are most effective when they hide in the shadows and lay siege. I didn't buy the remake when the undead could suddenly bust windshields with bare hands and climb along the pipework like monkeys, but I understood the idea of the Rage virus, which was a refresh spin on the zombie tale.

And thanks for turning me on to Dead Set. I'm looking forward to watching it on video.

So am I, actually.

*Grump, grump* Okay, I took the poll.
Make the zombies fly, maybe.

: ) Regiiina Spektor! Her voice takes more than an hour to begin getting annoying. That is a good voice.

FLYING ZOMBIES!

I chose 'brisk walk' because I'm all about efficiency. And because it made me think of zombies rushing around London in bowler hats with furled umbrellas under their arms.

I was the other 'brisk walk' voter, for what it's worth. Not that I came up with any image that twisted, mind ...

You should have had an option for "it doesn't matter." That's what I would have picked. I'm fine with my zombies being slow and I'm fine with them being quick. Doesn't matter to me one way or the other.

Noted.

Running Zombies!!!

Running Zombies to me are really f-ing scary. 28 Days Later scared the crap out of me.

The Dawn of the Dead remake with the running zombies scared the ever-lovin' crap out of me also. Although, and I could be wrong, I think in the remake that when people were first turned into zombies they were running and full of rage and then it petered out as the decomposed. At least that's what I got out of it.

Still, f-ing scary at any speed. And if they fly, god help me.
