I don’t particularly have a problem with this, as long as we understand each other on one point: conservatives don’t get to complain about liberals indoctrinating children with political propaganda anymore.

Also, I agree with the comments at BoingBoing that as children’s books go, the art design is really crappy.

When I first started spending time with Cadi's family, I heard one of her brothers telling a bastardized version of Horton Hatches an Egg to the kids with Horton as a Republican having to take care of Mazie's, the Democrat's, eggs.

And that went on for awhile...until one Christmas when I pointed out that Scrooge was a Republican before the Ghosts' visit while Tiny Tim's family were Dems.

I haven't had to hear that perversion of Dr. Seuss since. :)
