I made a gratuitous Sir Mix-a-Lot reference in the last post, and it occurred to me that the video I referred to was worth posting on its own.
It’s silly, of course. But it’s also expresses an appreciation for “natural” female body types – which, let’s admit, was a rather radical thing to say (in rap form or otherwise) in 1988.
Or today, even.
Granted, it’s all a matter of taste. And yeah, looks aren’t everything. And, you know, haters gonna hate. Etc.
But suffice to say that The Sexy isn’t about conforming to narrow standards. It’s about being true to yrself and yr desires. You can’t please everyone even if you fake it, so go ahead and please yrself and whoever wants to get onboard yr Love Train.
Or something like that.
Keeping it real,
This is dF
