Hagupit has come and gone. No casualties in HK, apart from seven injuries. And we managed to avoid any leaks at the Def Citadel. The 100-mph wind kept us up all night, though. And thanks to the high tide, we watched the storm surge wash over the Peng Chau pier. The Disco Bay pier took a hit of some kind too: the boards of one of the gangways were ripped up this morning.
