It’s probably not news to the rest of you, but I totally missed out on Obama Telepromptergate.

Oh, sure, I heard about Glenn Beck blathering something about Manchurian candidates and One World Al Qaeda Shadow Government feeding Obama his lines. But shit, Glenn is always ALWAYS saying things like that.

But I had no idea it had caught on. It’s the new favorite conservative meme: Obama sure relies a lot on those teleprompters. Granted, Glenn’s the only one to go seriously batshit with it (as far as I know). And sure, I understand the hunger of conservatives to hammer the opposition at every opportunity as if the entire future of the country and yr children hang in the balance. It’s what they do. But still ...

Teleprompter usage? Is that seriously all they have?

On the bright side, David Letterman has found the perfect excuse to recycle more humorous footage of George W Bush speaking poorly.
