reviving military tribunals for Guantanamo Bay detainees and promising to make changes to the system that could jeopardize his timetable for closing the prison by January.
ITEM: President Obama refuses to intervene in the case of Dan Choi, who will be
fired from the Marines because he's gay – even though Choi is also fluent in Arabic, a language that would be pretty handy in any of the three locations just mentioned in the first two items.
