So it turns out that Steve Gerber isn’t the only celebrity death I managed to miss – Jimmy Dean checked out last month.

I’ve posted before about Dean’s role in giving Rowlf The Dog (and Jim Henson) his big break, but I liked his music too. And his sausage was all right. And while we’re at it, he wasn’t bad in Diamonds Are Forever.

Anyway, this might be too obvious a choice for a Jimmy Dean tribute post, but since we’re delving into my 45 collection anyway, why not?
