Which probably won’t mean a thing to you if yr not a Russ Meyer fan, or have never seen Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!
Anyway, like Tura Satana (who also passed on a couple of years ago), Haji was mostly known for the one film, and never went on to make anything that wasn’t a Meyer film or B-movie schlock, but still managed to achieve a kind of cult status with FPKK.
The Cramps were big fans, of course. And Lux Interior is gone, too. So all of this is as good an excuse as any to post this fan video of The Cramps’ “Faster Pussycat”.
