defrogToday is Paul Bunyan Day, apparently. If you don’t know, Paul Bunyan was the Chuck Norris of his day. Only fake. And with a big blue ox for a pet. (Chuck is real. And his ox is black. Because that’s what good guys wear. Everyone knows that.)
And since I couldn’t find any good Paul Bunyan items, and posting the Monty Python Lumberjack Song seemed too obvious, here’s a song employing a rockinrolls lumberjack metaphor – featuring the only chainsaw solo in rawk history.
It could only be Jackyl.
DISCLAIMER: I’m not really a big Jackyl fan. But there’s got to be a thousand bands out there who wish they’d thought of playing a chainsaw solo.
