Speaking as serious coffee geek who roasts his own, has hand grinders and manual lever espresso machines, and experiments with minute differences in roast level to bring out the optimum for a particular bean, I agree. Caffeine doesn't belong in everything and taurine, a derivative of ox bile, doesn't belong in anything except a ox's gallbladder.
