I’m exaggerating, of course. Neil Bogart’s “Whatever It Takes” business philosophy would sink just about any business (with or without the cocaine consumption). Still, I like to think I did my part to keep Casablanca going.
And I’m not embarrassed to say that, just like I’m not embarrassed to say I think I got more than my money’s worth when I paid $1.29 for a radio hit about a horny woman phoning up people for some hook-up sex.
