defrogOne of my favorite bands in the last ten years is The Duke Spirit, a UK indie band that by all rights should be bigger than Coldplay in my opinion, but somehow seem consigned to the indie fringe.
There are worse fates, of course. But seriously, how can you listen to this and not be impressed?
Okay, I'm biased here. I've liked them since their first album, and while the new one, Bruiser (which includes the above track), doesn't quite up the ante from their previous two albums, it's still one of the better albums I've heard this year.
What can I say? The Duke Spirit speak to me somehow.
