defrogFor the past few years, I’ve been producing and posting a podcast specifically for Valentine’s Day. The mission: offer an alternative playlist to the assault of sappy love songs you’ll likely be hearing that day, and an antidote to the general vibe of a holiday that only some people can celebrate at the expense of people who can’t.
Sorry to say, there will be no Beautiful Valentines For Ugly People podcast this year.
Not because I’ve suddenly decided Valentine’s Day isn’t so bad after all, and not because of lack of demand (there was always lack of demand – I was averaging maybe three downloads a year).
The reason is simple: I just didn’t have the time this year.
I would have gone with some YouTube selections (as perbedsitter23 's tried and true Plastique Valentine model), but I didn’t have much time for that either.
But I do have this great anti-love song for you.
And it is funky.
