I don’t remember if I posted anything about Ron Asheton’s passing in 2009.

But his brother Scott has joined him now.

Which is a shame, of course.

I couldn’t tell you what it means for The Stooges, though I’m sure Iggy Pop and James Williamson could keep things going.

And of course there’s all the irony about Iggy having outlived his bandmates, etc.

Anyway, here’s my tribute pick.
