It’s the Year of the Rat as of today, which means yr entitled to one rat a week ABSOLUTELY FREE with yr membership to Team Def!

Why? Just to see if I can do it, really.

PRODUCTION NOTE: In fact, yr going to be seeing mice as well as proper rats here. That’s because the Chinese word for “rat” (“hanzi” in Cantonese) doesn’t distinguish between rats and mice. The same word applies to both. So I’m giving myself a little leeway there.

That said, let’s start with a proper rat, and one that’s up for an Oscar or two: Remy of  Ratatouille.

The household here is excited because the year of the Rat is my year, and I was going to completely rip off your idea and do a rat a week but you have already beaten me to the punch.....may I volunteer to help or something?

I'm happy to take requests. I wouldn't let my little list stop you, since our friends lists don't overlap all that much. Or maybe we could co-brand it or something. Anyway, I think the LJ is big enough for two rat lists.
