I am not convinced this is real. However, I must say it doesn't sound nearly as appetizing as I pictured.

I wondered the same thing myself. On the other hand, I once did some research on the science behind artificial flavors, and it's entirely possible to make a real product like this. What made me skeptical was whether anyone would actually buy it, but people drink weirder stuff in bars.

Off the top of my head, I noticed you can't seem to order the stuff from the website, and the similarity to the VitaminWater bottle is too close for comfort (lawsuit?).
