This is, of course, because NBC and Fox are afraid that if people outside the US watch their programming for free, we’ll steal it or something. Even though it's, like, free.

This is also why I haven’t seen Dr Horrible’s Sing-a-long Blog yet, though Joss Whedon now has a version on the site that’s watchable anywhere. So that’s nice of him.

And sure, I could download it on iTunes – if only I had a US-based credit card. Ha ha. And don't get me started on FairPlay.

This is Internet TV? Not impressed.

I also have some tricky program I have downloaded that I activate when stuff won't play. It's a masking program. It wasn't activated when I clicked your link.

That particular link works, yes, because, as I said, Joss Whedon made it so. But most embedded Hulu clips I see on various sites won't work for me. What's this masking program of which you speak, and does it work with Firefox?

yep, it works with Firefox.
