ITEM: Nerve.com has posted its list of the 20 Weirdest Interviews Of All Time – or at least the 20 weirdest TV interviews of all time that also happen to be available on YouTube.
Some are pretty obvious, and it’s hard to beat the infamous Crispin Hellion Glover interview on Letterman (“I’m STRONG! And I can KICK!”), but my personal favorite is this one: a car show promo in Memphis circa 1977 featuring Batman (Adam West) and Jerry “The Evil King Of Memphis” Lawler being interviewed by Dave Brown.
Recommended for West going into a tangent on traffic safety. And kudos to Jerry Lawler for being the only interviewee to make this list twice. (The other being the time he slapped Andy Kaufman on Letterman.)
FUN FACT: I grew up on both Batman and Memphis-based wrestling shows. You can tell, can’t you?
It’s good to be the King,
This is dF
