I figured posting “The Great Gig In The Sky” would be too obvious, so here’s a selection from one of the greatest concert films ever made: Pink Floyd Live At Pompeii.

I used to have this on videodisc. I was a big Floyd fan at the time and it was great to see the band in action, if only on TV. I’m still a fan, but for me Floyd ended after The Wall.

FUN FACT: At the age of 16, I knew the lyrics to the entire album The Wall. For the record, though, my favorite Floyd album is Meddle.
