Okay, you could probably track that back to Herman Munster or even Abbott & Costello. Point is, when Disney is making kids’ books about you, yr not scary anymore.
Also, part of me would like to believe that those "hands" are missile launch tubes or Gatling guns (albeit really badly drawn ones). But I have my doubts.
