Hey kids! How many future senators can YOU spot in this video?
DISCLAIMER: Although I used to have the Ghostbusters soundtrack on cassette, I’m a much bigger fan of the movie than I am of the theme song. And I would say the song has probably aged about as well as the 80s production values of the music video. (Neon was big in 1984. As were models in SFW lingerie.)
But Ghostbusters is one of the greatest films of the 20th century, so who am I to be critical?

on 2009-08-15 03:44 am (UTC)As for Katy Perry, well, let's just say (1) I thought some of her songs were actually by Kelly Clarkson and (2) there's nothing wrong with her songs that a Ukrainian band with accordians can't fix.
